Thanks for a very enjoyable day, if I left with one thing that will help me for the rest of my pizza cooking days, it's how to get a perfect crust, I can't thank you enough for helping me with this.
I came home, popped the oven on, tossed some (sorry) pepperoni, tomato base and cheese to show my tribe what I have learnt, they were raving over how good the base is and the overall flavour, so for this I really can't thank you enough.
As for the class, the camaraderie and light hearted way that the whole
day went off made it thoroughly enjoyable, not to mention the view!

I had a fantastic time! We prepared great food in a warm and friendly
atmosphere in Georgina's lovely kitchen. As there were only 7 of us in the group, we all got her personal attention at all times. The course was simple and straight forward using everyday ingredients; great value for money!

I would definitely join in a cooking lesson again, not only was it a bit of fun but it provided a great opportunity to learn several new & healthy style recipes. The class was easy to follow and relaxed. It was also great to enjoy our cooking efforts at the end and we even got to take home left over's :). The meals we cooked were not only practical meals but they tasted great as well!
